Caja: EVH 2×12 (a juego)
Ganancia: 7
Graves: 4,5
Medios: 6.5
Agudos: 6,5
Volumen: 1,5
Presencia: 6

Jason

  1. Awesome tone this exact is the tone im looking for also reminds me of manowar i love this classic metal tone i have not yet uploaded some metal guitar videos though Im very good at playing rhythm guitar love these videos u make though

  2. I've heard '80 Metal sound used lots of Reverb, I'm not sure if it true or just a rumuor. I thought you're going to tweak everything on 11 on the knob…Lol. Thanks for sharing, Jason m/

  3. Dude – try out a Mesa 2×12 man. They're making a compact 2×12 now but my favorite is the vertical 2×12. I run 2 in stereo with my Kemper through a Mesa Simul-Class 2:Ninety power amp. You can feel the thump in your chest. Excellent video as always dude! Keep doing the good stuff!!!!!!!!!!🤘😁🤘

  4. Great sounding tone bro.

I'll take it a step further than you did. "Even if you have the exact same rig that [insert-your-favorite-guitarist] uses, it still won't sound like [insert-your-favorite-guitarist] because it's YOU playing!

So many variables. Too many to count.

Did you ever get yourself a load box so you could use your beastly amp with cab IR's? If not, we need to start you up a fund drive! Get ya an Ox Box or a Torpedo. 😀

  5. Good video as always. Always meant to ask…for quick attack, sustain and overall sound… Which pickups do you prefer, and why?
I thought the Fishmans were a real let-down so I just went back to EMG 81. (I ask since that can have a huge impact on amp settings).

  6. TONE I CHASED WERE EVH/RANDY/DOKKEN AT 53 YRS OLD COUPLE OF YEARS AHEAD OF U RACK DSP 256 THRU FENDER M-80 CLASSIC SET UP SAME BASS 1/2 MID 3 HIGHS MAX PRESONACE 7

  7. Dig the opening jam! I like checking out these tone videos. My settings are close to what yours. I dail in a bit of reverb, chorus and some delay. Sounds like a arena inside my small jam space/man cave. Keep it Metal!!!

  8. E-Standard (maybe Eb) tuning running through real tubes with stacked gain stages gave us some timeless tones come from that 80s Shrapnel Records era. Then there is still headroom for bass and drums to have their own voice. Bring it back!

  9. Some of the best tone I`ve ever heard was from a tiny 9 volt powered portable amp with a belt clip. I like that nasty growl like Jimmy Page got in that slow breakdown in Carosalamra.
